Fees:
REGISTRATION FEE
$50.00/ student (non-refundable)
TUITION FEES
Tuition is charged on a monthly basis and is payable in full by the first of the month. There will be no refunds or credit for classes missed.
A late fee of $10 or 1.5%/mo. (whichever is greater) will be charged on all bills in arrears 10 days or more.
one class per week $68.00/mo.
75 minute class $85.00/mo.
90 minute class $101.00/mo.
each additional class $55.00/mo.
private lessons $55.00 per 1/2 hr.
Returned check fee $30.00
Special sessions charged accordingly.
RECITAL FEES
Due October 17, 2009 $190/class/student first recital fee, $140/class/student each additional recital fee.
Recital Fee will include:

two tickets to recital-First recital only one ticket- each additional recital fee

one costume

class picture in program
-
participation in rehearsals & recital.

Each family will receive one complimentary copy of show.
All students are expected to participate in our recital. Payments may be made in full or on account up to Oct. 17, 2009. Note: Recital fee is refundable up to Nov. 14, 2009. Costumes will only be ordered for those students whose fees have been paid in full. Late fees will be charged.
Policies:
Do not bring food or gum into the studio.
Students must be picked up promptly inside the studio.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR EATING ALLOWED IN STUDIO.
Students will be asked to sit their class if tuition fee's are not paid by the second class of the month and will not be admitted to class if not paid by the third class.
We reserve the right to drop from our register any student for any reason including:
Excessive lateness or absence
Disruptive behavior
Non-Payment of tuition or other charges
