RECITAL FEES
Recital preparations are already underway! Recital Fee(s), as billed in the October statements and/or automatic payment, are important as we prepare for costume sizing and ordering. We anticipate payments made in-full or on-account until
Saturday, Oct. 23rd, 2010 to guarantee proper ordering and shipping.

FINAL DUE DATE:
Monday, Nov. 22nd, 2010
Costumes are only ordered for payments made in-full by the final due date.
Late Payment of Recital Fees/Costume Orders incur additional charges, including but not limited to, Manufacturer’s Special Cutting, Shipping & Handling, and/or any other miscellaneous costs of an expedited order.

POLICY REMINDERS
1. Payment: Studio policy states that all fees be paid on the 1st (first) of each month. Monthly bills (unless enrolled in Automatic Credit Card Payment) will be received by mail, though payments are due regardless of your receipt of a bill.

If tuition fees are not received by the 2nd (second) class of any month, your child may be asked to sit during his/her class. If fees are not received by the 3rd (third) class, your child will not be admitted into the class. All fees in arrears 10 (ten) days or more will be charged a late fee of $15/month or 1.5% of outstanding balance, whichever is greater.

2. Attire: All students must be in proper uniform required by the studio and/or instructor, in-cluding leotards, tights, shoes, etc.
Students not properly attired may be asked to sit-out the class. Please verify with the teacher and or front desk as to proper dress, shoes, and hair for any particular class.
Please do not place us in the awkward position of refusing your child permission to take a lesson for any reasons, thank you.

HOLIDAY GRAB-BAG TIME!!
The holiday season is just around the corner, so keep the winter holiday parties in-mind!

HOLIDAY GRAB BAG PARTIES
Held the week before Winter Recess

TAE KWON DO CLASSES
Tae Kwon Do is an individual sport and the student will progress at their own pace while gaining self esteem and confidence, concentration and discipline, patience and respect.
Mondays 6-7:30pm
$100 for an 8 week session (or $15 per class if paid per class)
First session runs August 29th - October 24th, 2011
Students 8 years old and up ane welcome.
