Mrs. P's Spectrum Dance Company was formed in September 1999 and consisted of 4 different age groups, ranging from 6 to 18 years old. Spectrum Dancers are dedicated performers who compete locally and at the national level. The dancers have been recognized for their talent and enthusiasm, and are well-trained performers. They have performed at Sunfest, Meet Me Downtown Boca, and Coral Springs Our Town. Spectrum Dancers also continue their dance education by attending local and national conventions. Starting Fall of 2000, Spectrum will be adding a Pre-Company for our younger dancers who desire to learn, perform, and compete. Spectrum Dance Company has attended the following competitions in 1999 through 2008: New York City Dance Alliance, International Dance Challenge ,Starquest, Starpower, Nexstar, Starpower Nationals in Orlando, and the International Dance Competition in Daytona, Florida. |
